2 Missouri state troopers were talking in one patrol car on the shoulder of I-70 near 270 in St. Louis when they were hit by a semi truck on Sunday morning. The truck overturned after hitting both patrol vehicles.
According to Fox 2 Now, the troopers had just finished performing a traffic stop. Both patrol cars were demolished and the troopers were taken to the hospital, but thankfully with non life-threatening injuries. They’re both expected to make full recoveries.
No news on the condition of the truck driver in the overturned big rig.
